Functional training is an exercise which helps with the difficulties of everyday life!

What is the point of exercising, if tangible results are not visible in everyday activities. With functional training you will almost immediately see spectacular results as well as getting rid of annoying pain in daily life activities.

Instead of annoying repetitions on machines that only exercise limited muscle groups, the new trend emphasizes on “natural” exercises that mimic what we do in our daily lives. For example:

-Balls and bands tend to replace the machines in gyms.

The basic idea is to focus on exercises that resemble what we do in our everyday activities, is sitting in a squatting position, bending and picking up something from the floor, standing on unstable ground without falling.
